About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our world-class growth team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing technology who thrives on turning strategy into flawless execution.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for building, implementing, and optimizing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, data, development, and marketing automation, collaborating closely with strategists and designers to bring sophisticated, personalized user experiences to life for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle journeys using platforms like Braze, Iterable, and Klaviyo.
  • Build responsive, high-quality marketing campaigns for email, push notifications, and in-app messages using HTML, CSS, and templating languages (Liquid, Jinja, Handlebars).
  • Create dynamic and personalized content by leveraging templating languages and advanced features like catalogs and connected content.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to uncover performance-boosting insights.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are error-free and render perfectly across a wide range of devices and email clients (e.g., Outlook, Dark Mode).
  • Produce and present clear, concise analytical reports on campaign performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and data analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve optimal business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or similar role.
  • Proven experience building and managing campaigns in at least one major customer engagement platform (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Leanplum, Customer.io).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and experience with a templating language (Liquid, Jinja, Handlebars) for content personalization.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of A/B testing principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team.
