Key Responsibilities:

- Define success metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives, focusing on long-term value creation.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends, customer behavior, and emerging growth opportunities.

- Use data to validate growth hypotheses and uncover new opportunities for product and marketing optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in growth-focused roles, with an emphasis on strategic planning and execution.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and engagement tools (e.g., Braze, Leanplum).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution when needed.
- Exceptional English language skills, both spoken and written.
